- Heavily soiled or hazardous items
Towels and sheets for a business? That we do.
Health & safety
Items with pests (including bed bugs) will be refused. Unsafe items will not be serviced.
Lost or damaged items
Not responsible for lost socks or small items. Normal wear and tear may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

How does laundry pickup and delivery work?
Book a day online and pay at checkout. Set your 13-gallon bags on your porch by 8 AM and we pick them up between 8 AM – noon. We wash, dry and fold everything, then deliver it back to your doorstep within 24–48 hours.
How much does it cost?
$35 per 13-gallon bag with a 2-bag minimum, plus one $15 delivery fee per order. Detergent is included. A 2-bag order is $85 total.
Which areas do you serve?
We pick up across Sonoma County, CA: Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Penngrove and Petaluma. Just outside the route? Text (707) 555-0123 and we'll try to fit you in.
Is my laundry washed with other people's?
Never. Every order is washed on its own, then dried and neatly folded and returned in fresh bags.
What can't I send?
Home orders are everyday clothing only. We don't take bedding, bulk towels, dry-clean-only items, delicates needing special care, or heavily soiled or hazardous items. Businesses can ask about towel and sheet service.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule for free up to 8 PM the night before. If you cancel, everything is refunded except the $35 booking fee.
Do I need to be home?
No. Pickup and delivery are completely no-contact. Just leave your bags where we can reach them and we'll text you when your laundry is back.
